2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD Welding Rig
Our own shop truck, a 2018 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD. We built the steel flatbed with a diamond plate deck in our shop, starting from the frame on the jig, then finished it in white powder coat and set it up as a full welding rig on a Double Diamond bed. Hex and round skirt cutouts, expanded metal headache rack, full-length ladder/pipe rack, Lincoln Electric Ranger 260MPX welder/generator, rack-mounted hose reels, and LED clearance, tail, and work lights.
